It gives us a great pleasure welcoming you all to this conference. We are very grateful to all our speakers who have accepted our invitation to participate in the Excellence in Leadership Conference (ELC) 2021.
It is also gratifying to note that the theme of the conference addresses a wide range of interesting topics relating to our objective of empowering emerging leaders and participants with leadership principles, strategies and grace for creating the future of our nation, the African continent and our world.

He is a dynamic teacher, success coach, leadership consultant and pastor. His broadcasts, “Excellent Leadership” and “Success Power” can be viewed on satellite channels all over the world. He is the Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, Nigeria, with over forty thousand in attendance on Sundays.
He founded the Daystar Leadership Academy (DLA) which is dedicated to raising a new generation of leaders who will serve as catalysts in the transformation of Africa and the whole world. As at 2018, over thirty-eight thousand, nine hundred have graduated from the school.
Sam is the Principal Consultant of Sam Adeyemi GLC, Inc., a leading global leadership consulting company with the mission to raise high impact leaders to shape the fortunes and destinies of nations.
He holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Exeter, UK and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership which he obtained from Regent University, Virginia, USA.
He is married to Nike Adeyemi who co-Pastors with him and ministers healing to women and children through the Real Woman International and the Love Home Orphanage. They are blessed with three children.
Nike Adeyemi is a global speaker and minister, a voice of love and healing to nations.
Nike inspires leaders to be authentic, compassionate and courageous. She speaks passionately with the aim to liberate, heal and empower individuals, organisations, communities and nations.
Nike is driven to share God‟s love in practical ways through her TV broadcast, “Real Woman with Nike Adeyemi” which is viewed locally and globally, and through her Podcast, "Conversations With Nike Adeyemi".
Nike is the president of Real Woman International Inc. A 501c non-profit organization. She founded The Real Woman Foundation, Nigeria, which shelters and trains trafficked and abused ladies, Love Home Orphanage.
Beneficiaries from these programs are doing great in their new families and communities around the world.
Nike holds the Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration degrees, and attended the Harvard Business School Executive Program. She is also a John Maxwell Certified Coach.
She is on the faculty of the Daystar Leadership Academy. She co-founded Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, Nigeria, a multi-faceted church with a vision to raise role models, with her husband, Sam Adeyemi. Together they have three amazing young adults.

Dr. Mensa Otabil is the Founder and General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) with its extensive network of churches across Ghana, Africa, Europe and the United States.
He is the Chancellor of Ghana’s premier private university – Central University. He chairs a number of Boards and provides oversight to organizations in diverse industries.
Pastor Otabil has pioneered a number of life-changing social interventions in the areas of healthcare, education, sports and the provision of social amenities and scholarships for hundreds of underprivileged children over the years.
He presents the inspirational broadcast “Living Word” daily on radio and television networks across Ghana as well as in parts of Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He is the author of several books and publications including “Beyond the Rivers of Ethiopia” and “The Dominion Mandate.”
Pastor Otabil and his wife Joy live in Accra, Ghana and are parents of four adult children and grandchildren.
Blessing Ayemhere is an astute professional and business executive with more than 20years of accomplished experience in business consulting, finance, and business strategy. He holds a B.Sc. in Banking & Finance from the University of Benin, Benin City and started his professional career as audit trainee with the firm of Spiropoulos, Adiele, Okpara & Co. (now Grant Thornton International) in 1997 and left the firm as an assistant audit manager in 2002 providing Audit and Assurance services to companies in the Oil & Gas, Banking, Insurance, Agro-allied and services industry.
Blessing had a stint in the financial service sector for about a year working with a leading Financial Services Company (WSTC Financial Services Limited) where he was head of finance leading the strategic business focus and financial growth of the company before joining the Oil & Gas industry. He worked with South Atlantic Petroleum Limited in partnership with Total Upstream Petroleum Limited, Petrobras and CNOOC from 2003 to 2010 on the OML 130 Akpo field asset, playing critical strategic role from the field development to production; he joined Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited on June 1, 2010.
He rose to the position of CFO and General Manager leading the Finance and Commercial Group at Midwestern Oil and Gas company Limited, a position he held until June 1, 2018, when he was appointed and seconded to Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a responsibility to drive the strategic growth of the business.

Mr. Epelle is the Founder of The Albino Foundation (TAF), a non-profit organization that supports persons with albinism and those with disabilities. As a special purpose platform, TAF advocates for the recognition, respect of the rights and socio-economic inclusion of people living with albinism into the mainstream of society. Through various partnerships, the Foundation meets the empowerment quest of persons with albinism and other vulnerable groups both socially and economically. TAF has a nationwide network of 42 chapters with a strong national and international recognition including the UN Systems.
In many capacities, Mr. Epelle avails himself to the service of humanity. He is an advisor to the government on disability issues and has led teams to formulate and produce policy and guidelines for special needs of the most vulnerable groups in Nigeria. He was Chairman of Special Education Policy Drafting, Nigeria; Chairman, FGN / UNICEF Committee on drafting of National Policy on Albinism and the Implementation Guidelines; European Union Grantee Lead, Access to social services and disability inclusion in political and electoral processes, Nigeria and lead researcher on UNICEF first UN baseline study on albinism.
Mr. Epelle was recognised by the UN Human Rights Commission as a UN Albinism Champion, chosen by the UN independent expert on albinism to assist UN systems, African Union and other bodies in presenting evident based information and documentations for the purpose of mainstreaming albinism as a social development issue.
He is also the Convener of Disability Inclusion Nigeria, a progressive movement advocating for the inclusion of PWDS in all sociopolitical spheres and ensuring an open society for all. Some key delivered components includes a baseline study on albinism in 9 states; access to treatment for 4,800 Albinism skin cancer patients; review of 2019 National Policy on Albinism, approved by Federal Ministry of Education; publication of core messages pamphlet in 3 Nigerian languages, educating people on Albinism and production of radio and TV programmes to promote understanding of albinism nationwide.
Godrey Ogbechie is the co-founder of Rainoil Limited, a multiple award-winning, indigenous downstream oil and gas company that has been in business for over 24 years. In her capacity as Executive Director, she has driven the establishment of systems and controls that have contributed immensely to the growth of the organization with an asset base comprising:
